Paige's Party

Today we had Paige's party. She wanted to have it at the same park we held Keegan's. I couldn't argue with that. No clean up for me!! The downside was that is was really hot! The kids had a great time and I'm very thankful for all the kids that came! Paige had a blast playing!

My Monkey Turned 4!!

I can not believe that Paige is 4 now!! What the heck?? Where did the time go? I mean my baby is not supposed to be growing up!!
We decided to do a little something here on her actual birthday. We do plan on having a party next weekend. She made sure everyone at church today knew that today was her birthday and that she was 4 years old!! She's such a ham! That was the first thing she said when she got up this morning, "hey mom-today is my birthday and i'm 4!!" Just in case we forgot! haha!

I didn't make her a big cake for today. I decided to wait and do her big cake for her party. I did buy a small chocolate cake for her to blow the candle out on today. Something that will most likely be gone by the party!!

New Bed

We were very fortunate to have some friends in the ward who had a bed that they needed to get rid of. When it was announced that they had it I jumped on it!! We needed another one and I couldn't resist. When I found out that it had flowers on it I figured Paige would be getting it. It's a very pretty bed. It came with the head and foot boards and mattress and box spring. Score!! So our friend delivered it and it's actually been sitting in our garage for a couple of months. Delaying having to upgrade her. I just didn't want to think that she's growing up!! Oh well...actually the main reason we decided to go ahead and get put together was monsoon season. It was sitting up by the front of our garage and with the torrential rain we've been getting, water was starting to come up under the garage door. Didn't want it to get ruined so now was the perfect time to get it set up. We measured (to make sure it would even fit in her room) and Dan, Keegan and Seth went to w0rk putting it together! Paige is in heaven!!!
